InvoiceWright

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 24, 2026  ·  Contact: support@invoicewright.app

These terms are the agreement between you and InvoiceWright when you download and use the app. By using InvoiceWright, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who we are

InvoiceWright is a mobile app for creating invoices and estimates, made and run by an independent developer based in Pakistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean InvoiceWright, and "you" means the person or business using the app.

Your license to use the app

When you download InvoiceWright, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on the devices tied to your App Store or Google Play account, for your own business or personal invoicing.

You may not resell the app, rent it out, copy it, or try to take it apart, except where the law specifically allows it.

What InvoiceWright is, and is not

InvoiceWright is a tool that helps you create and format invoices and estimates. It is not an accountant, a lawyer, or a tax advisor.

You are responsible for what your invoices say, for charging the right amounts and taxes, and for following the rules that apply to your business and your country. We do not check your numbers or your legal compliance.

Your content is yours

Everything you put into the app, including your business details, clients, items, and the invoices you create, belongs to you. Because it stays on your device, we do not access it, claim any rights over it, or use it.

You are responsible for keeping a backup. Deleting the app deletes your data, so export a copy first if you want to keep it.

One-time purchase and Pro

Some features are part of InvoiceWright Pro, a one-time purchase. When you buy Pro, you own it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

We may change which features sit in the free version or in Pro for future releases, but we will not take Pro away from someone who has already bought it.

Payments and refunds

All purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. They process your payment and set the price in your local currency.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. If you have a refund question, contact the store you bought from. We are still happy to help with the app itself, so feel free to email us.

Using the app fairly

Please use InvoiceWright honestly and lawfully. Do not use it to create fraudulent invoices, to break the law, or to harm others. Do not try to disrupt the app or misuse the few online services it relies on.

The app is provided as it is

We work hard to keep InvoiceWright reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be free of bugs, never crash, or fit every situation.

Features may change over time, and we may update or discontinue parts of the app.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption that arise from your use of the app. If we are ever found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Third-party services

InvoiceWright uses a few third-party services, such as the app stores for purchases and providers for crash reports and anonymous analytics. Your use of those services through the app is also subject to their terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what each one does.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and post the new version on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using InvoiceWright at any time by deleting the app. We may end or limit your use if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
